CannyBill is a great piece of software however it too, like quickbooks is overly complicated and kind of bloated. If you are looking for a quick, simple and really easy to use web app for sending invoices, one web application I'd like to bring to peoples attention is http://www.paperfreebilling.co.uk It's recently been re-launched (completely re-written front to back) so its easier to use, quick, simple, reliable and secure. Feature wise its got recurring invoices, HTML formatted invoices, PDF invoices, multiple currency support, Paypal integration, late payment reminders and thank you messages, plus more!
